Failure is a Detour Towards Success

On October 15, 2019, I launched my very first course - zero people signed up.

On November 7, 2019, my parents told me I had to get a "real" job and put this business thing aside for now.

On November 22, 2019, I went to my first work day at a co-working space and signed my first 2 1:1 coaching clients.

By August of 2020, I had moved out, manifested my dream apartment in Miami, and was well on my way to building a thriving business that would impact thousands of women across the globe.

I am so freaking happy that that first course sold zero spots!

But in the moment, I felt like a total failure.

I had no idea where to go or how to move forward.

I was so confused and thought I'd done everything "right".

I was frustrated and defeated.

But that defeat - that "failure" - was the exact kick in the booty I needed to redirect my focus and get super fucking clear about the fact that I was GOING to build a successful business no matter what.

And that's exactly what I did :)

As an entrepreneur, I've had a lotttt of "failures". But that means that I also have a lot of PROOF that failures are redirections and detours onto the path of success.

In fact, today's episode on the Sloane Elizabeth Show is all about what failure is and how to use challenging experiences to get realigned on the path to success.

Now, whenever something doesn't work (whether it's in my business, relationships, or personal goals), I actually get EXCITED because I know for sure that right after the low will come a new breakthrough and next-level high.

And the coolest part is that often that "failed" experience will resurface as a new version of what you once wanted, but even better...

just like what happened with my first course!

The entire story is in today's episode on the Sloane Elizabeth Show, and I hope it inspires you to keep taking risks, keep "failing" and learning, and keep going after those big "unrealistic" dreams!
