If you've been following K&K for at least 2 days, then you know this smoothie. Obsessed is an understatement. I mix it up SLIGHTLY every day, but it is truly the foundation of my wellness routine.
☆1 cup fruit (berries, banana, or apple)
☆2 cups greens (kale, spinach, or romaine)
☆2 stalks celery
☆small bunch mint
☆1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in a few tbsp water for 5 min)
☆1/2-1 tsp matcha (depending on energy levels)
☆1/2 tsp spirulina
☆1 tsp maca powder
☆1/4 tsp cinnamon
☆1/2 avocado or 2 tbsp nut butter
☆1 scoop Nuzest vanilla protein
☆~1 cup liquid (unsweetened nut milk and/or water)
☆1 tbsp goji berries
☆1 tbsp cacao nibs
☆1 scoop Further Foods collagen peptides
☆1 tbsp hemp seeds
☆1 brazil nut
1. Soak chia seeds to create a gel-like consistency.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender...and blend!
