What happens when you want a turmeric latte but its 100 degrees out? You turn it into a smoothie. And then you go to smoothie heaven and make it on repeat.
☆1/2 banana (frozen)
☆1 cup cauliflower (steamed then frozen)
☆LOTS of turmeric (about 2 tbsp)
☆pinch of black pepper
☆2 tbsp coconut yogurt
☆1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in water)
☆1 stalk celery
☆1/4 tsp cinnamon
☆1/4 tsp ginger
☆1.5 scoops Nuzest vanilla protein
☆~1/2 cup liquid (unsweetened nut milk and/or water)
☆1 scoop Further Foods collagen peptides
☆1 tbsp hemp seeds
☆1 brazil nut
1. Steam cauliflower in the microwave or in a pot and freeze overnight.
2. Soak chia seeds to create a gel-like consistency
3. Add all of the ingredients to a blender...and blend! For a thicker smoothie, use as little liquid as possible.
