3 Ingredient Pancakes

Pancakes should be a staple in every healthy diet (in my opinion). These are quick, easy, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free...and DELISH! Make them. 


☆1 ripe banana
☆2 eggs
☆pinch of baking powder
Optional Add-Ins:
☆1/4 tsp cinnamon
☆1 tbsp chia seeds
☆1 tbsp hemp seeds
☆nut butter
☆bee pollen
☆coconut yogurt


1. Mash the ripe banana in a small bowl.
2. Add in the 2 eggs, baking powder, and add-ins and whisk together.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
4. Pour batter into pan (they can be hard to flip so smaller is probably better) and cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
5. Toppings!
